4.What is one sustainability fact that you like to use in a room with people not yet on a sustainability journey?

I would like to go back to the simple banana.  500 litres of water goes into making a kilo, that takes about depending on the size of the banana 90 litres of water per banana. We all know that we can eat a banana and we often buy a bunch of 5 or 6 or 10 bananas. And two or three end up becoming overripe and we throw them away as you think you can not eat them, but if you look at that 90 litres that is a lot of water you are throwing away just in one banana.
